The mission of the Cary Cross Currents Chamber Music Arts Festival is to create an international summer arts community in Cary NC and the surrounding communities. The goal of this arts community is to "cross currents": to mix together international and local chamber musicians, reach out to both young and seasoned audiences, bring together different art genres under the banner of chamber arts, and aid in the passing of a distinct love for classical music to the next generation of artists and their publics.
