Individual CVs

David Wlodarczyk began to play the violin with Kumiko Yoshikawa in Roubaix, where he obtained a diploma in chamber music and in violin. In 1998, he received a “Premier Prix” in the “Conservatoire National de Région” (CNR) of Boulogne-Billancourt with Suzanne Gessner. He also studied at the “Koninklijk Conservatorium” from Brussels with Igor Oistrakh, where he graduated with a master degree. He is teaching in the CNR of Amiens and at the “Ecole Nationale de Musique” in Valenciennes. He is member of the “Valentiana Orchestra”.

Katelijne Vinkeroye was born in 1983 in Leuven en began to play the violin at the age of six. She studied with Elisa Kawaguti and with Igor Oistrakh in Brussels, where she is still studying. She followed masterclasses with Thanos Adamopoulos, Igor Oistrakh, Herman Krebbers, Pierre Amoyal, Elisa Kawaguti and Tatiana Samouil. She obtained the "Kolonel en Mevrouw de Bisschop-Matthijssens" price and the "Mathilde E. Horlait-Dapsens" price in the "Koninklijk Conservatorium" from Brussels. She was laureate of the "Jong-Tenuto" competition and received the 1st Price of the "Aida" competition in Maastricht, the 1st Price of the "Axion Classics" competition and the 3d Price of the "International Yfrah Neaman" competition in Mainz. Katelijne played one year in La Monnaie and works as a freelance musician with several orchestras such as the Flemish Radio Orchestra and the "Symphonical Orchestra of Flanders". She played recently for the first time with « Prometheus Ensemble ». From september 2008 Katelijne works as first violinist in the "Flanders Opera".

Céline Di Fabio est née en 1983 et a commencé le violon à l’âge de neuf ans. Elle a étudié sous l’enseignement d’Urzula Gorniak, Véronique Bogaerts, Sandrine Cantoreggi, Albrecht Breuninger, Tatiana Samouil, Yves Cortvrint, Nana Kawamura et Igor Oistrakh. Elle est diplômée d’un second Prix au concours «Axion Classics», d’un «Premier Prix» de violon au Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, d’un diplôme de Master de violon avec grande distinction au «Koninklijk Conservatorium» et d’un Master de musique de chambre, également au  «Koninklijk Conservatorium». Depuis 2006, elle joue régulièrement en tant que free-lance à La Monnaie, l’ensemble «Prometheus», «Musiques Nouvelles», l’Orchestre de chambre «les Musiciens» (Luxembourg), l’Ensemble «Arc-en-ciel» … Elle se produit également en musique de chambre avec le nouvel ensemble « Odysseia ». Depuis août 2009, elle travaille comme 1er violon tutti à l’orchestre de la Monnaie.

Aymeric de Villoutreys studied the violin in the “Conservatoire National de Région” (CNR) of Rennes (1st Price DEM-2001), in the CNR of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés and in the “Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles” (CRB) with Véronique Bogaerts (“Diplome Supérieur” -2007). His teachers include Marie Annick Nicolas, Maryvonne Le Dizès, Annick Roussin,Tatiana Samouil... From 2005 to 2006, he participated in several orchestra training sessions with the “Jeune orchestre Atlantique” under the direction of Philippe Herreweghe. He works as a freelance musician with the orchestra “Les Siècles” (Paris) and “Musiques Nouvelles”. Aymeric plays in the Saintes Festival (2008) and the « Concerts en nos villages » Festival (Poitou-2007/2008) with the « Amôn » quartet.

Neil Leiter was born in Raleigh North Carolina. At the age of eight, he started the violin, and later at fifteen, switched to viola. He received his Bachelor degree in viola performance from “Indiana University” (Bloomington) in 2005. His principal teachers include Alan DeVeritch, Paul DeClerck, Tony Nys, Hugh Partridge, and Dan Shaugnessy. He plays regularly as a free-lance, in the Flemish Radio Orchestra (VRO) and in the “Charlemagne Orchestra”.

Mario Villuendas was born in 1972 and began studying the cello in 1986 under Maria Macedo and later Claude Druelle. From 1994 to 1996, he was the solo cello of the Eduard Toldra Chamber Orchestra, a member of the “Cuarteto Iberico” and the solo cello of the “Castilla la Mancha” Orchestra. His principal teachers include Alexander Fedorchenko, D. Grigorian and E. Carlier. He often works as a freelance musician with La Monnaie, de Filharmonie, ”Prometheus Ensemble”, and the “Orchestre National de Lille”.

Jan Verhoeven was born in 1978 in Turnhout and started to play the contrabass at the age of nine with Ludo Joly. He studied at the “Conservatorium” in Gent and continued with Frank Coppieters in the “Koninklijk Conservatorium” in Brussels, where he obtained in 2004 a master degree. Between 1994 and 2000, he was solo contrabass in several youth orchestras: the “Filharmonisch Jeugdorkest van Vlaanderen”, the “Jonge Filharmonie” … From 1998 he often works as a freelance musician with deFilharmonie, Prima la Musica, Il Novecento, the Flemish Radio Orchestra (VRO), the Flemish Opera, La Monnaie and the National Ochestra from Belgium (NOB-ONB).
